Do you come to my location?
No – I provide Online Sessions only – Australia-Wide.
When and How do I pay?
An initial 50% payment is required in advance before the first session to confirm your commitment.
An invoice will be forwarded for the remainder and subsequent sessions. Terms are 7 days.
Payment is via Direct Deposit or Pay ID – details will be on the invoice.
Can I call you anytime?
No, crisis or emergency services cannot be provided.
In event of crisis/emergency, it is expected that you contact your GP or professional health team, present to Hospital Emergency Department or contact a crisis/emergency support provider such as Lifeline 13 11 14.
Rates
Clinical Supervision and Mentoring
$200 per hour
50 minutes per session + 10 minutes administration
Women’s Counselling
$200 per hour
50 minutes per session + 10 minutes administration
NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
Notice of Cancellation is required within 48-hours, via phone/text message, or charges apply.
Privacy Policy / Legal Rights
Personal information gathered in the provision of psychological services are bound by the legal requirements of the National Privacy Principles from the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000. All personal information gathered during provision of a psychological service will remain confidential and secure except when:
- subpoenaed by court
- failure to disclose information would place you or another person at risk
- mandatory reporting obligations apply
- you have given consent to discuss the material with another person.
Client files are securely stored and accessed only by me and authorised employees. All digital data is password protected. You may request (in writing only) to see the information on file. An appointment will then be made to clarify the information and a fee charged for administrative and consultation time. I am professionally guided by the principles of the AASW Code of Ethics 2020 and personally by the Proposed National Standards for Counsellors and Psychotherapists 13 October 2025.
