Hi, I'm Julie Marshall...

I bring a wealth of personal, work and education experience to clinical supervision and counselling.

I firmly believe that through dialogue, education and reflection we can improve our practice and health.

Clinical Supervision and Mentoring for
Social Work and Allied Health Professionals

In Australia, the Social Work workforce is comprised predominantly of around 35,000 women.  There are gaps in terms of provision, type and quality of supervision.

I provide a quiet, quality online clinical supervision space to address your specific requirements, at your preferred time and in the convenience of your home or workplace.

To improve access for workers and outcomes for workers and their clients.  To improve access for people recovering from health set-backs.

Counselling for Women
recovering from Physical Injury

In 2020-2021, around 5.4 million Australian women aged up to 85 years, saw a health professional about their mental health.

I provide online counselling at a convenient place, time, pace and type, recognising your personal strengths and preferred supports, to help you gain greater self-mastery of your physical/mental health recovery.

For ‘A Way Back after Injury’, many women attend General Practitioners for anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues related to physical injury.

However, recovery and rehabilitation from physical injury can be a drawn-out and difficult process leading to a cycle of negative thoughts and social isolation. Counselling as an adjunct to ongoing GP and allied health practitioners, can help the recovery process.

Via discourse and a range of modalities, including solution-focus, problem-solving, cognitive behavioural strategies and ‘grief and loss’ counselling, women are helped to navigate a way back.
